Maybe it was a retreat. Maybe it was a ketamine session a few blocks away, or a night with mushrooms that opened something you haven't been able to close. Now you're back on your block, back at work, back on the G train, and you're carrying something you don't quite know what to do with.
That's where integration comes in. And it helps to have someone close by.
What integration is
Integration is the work after the experience: making sense of what came up and turning it into real change in how you live, work and love. Without it, even powerful insights tend to fade within weeks. With support, they can become new habits, honest conversations and decisions you've been putting off.
Integration coaching helps you:
Sort what was meaningful from what was just intense
Work through difficult or confusing material at a pace that feels safe
Name the changes you want to make, and the ones you're avoiding
Build simple practices that keep insight alive after the glow fades
It isn't therapy, and it isn't a sales pitch for more psychedelics. I don't provide or source substances, and I won't tell you they're the answer to everything.
Why a coach in your neighborhood
I'm a native New Yorker and I live in Bed-Stuy. For years I've facilitated integration circles with the Brooklyn Psychedelic Society, sitting with neighbors as they work through some of the biggest experiences of their lives.
That matters for a few reasons. Integration happens in daily life, and I know the daily life here: the pace, the pressure, the creative energy, the way the city can feel both overwhelming and deeply supportive. I also know the local landscape, including the ketamine providers, therapists and community spaces nearby, so if you need something I don't offer, I’ll try to point you somewhere good.
Who I work with
People who come to me tend to be thoughtful, driven and in the middle of something: a career shift, a relationship changing, a loss, or a quiet sense that there's more to life than what they've built. Some reach out after a retreat or ceremony. Some are in ketamine treatment and want support between sessions. Some had a hard experience they haven't been able to shake.
Integration you can walk to
Part of integration is using what's already around you. A long walk through Fort Greene Park, a quiet hour at Herbert Von King Park, a familiar route home under the trees on a brownstone block. These aren't extras. Movement, nature and routine are some of the most reliable ways to let a big experience settle, and we can build them into your practice.
